Delivery Information
What are the postage and handling costs?
$7.95 FLAT FEE
That's right, one flat fee for everything to anywhere in Australia and New Zealand!
Orders for product(s) totalling over $150 are shipped free!

How will I receive my order?
We use Australia Post which delivers to every address in Australia and NZ. A signature will be required for receipt upon delivery. If no one is at home to accept the delivery, the parcel will be taken to your nearest post office awaiting your collection. A card will be left at your premises informing you of the situation.

Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days but may take a little longer for remote destinations.

Please Note: In the months of November and December please allow a slightly longer delivery time due to Christmas approaching and the volume that Australia Post must handle. In some instances we may use a courier to get your items to you.

I want to pick my item up, can I do that?
We keep our overheads down and provide you, our customers, with such great prices by only dealing with the public via our website.

What happens when I submit my order?
The 'wheels start turning' at Kids Toy House the moment we receive your order! You will receive a confirmation email (please note that some free email adresses may have issues receiving the email. We recommend printing the confirmation as well) on receipt of your order and your delivery sent usually within 24 hours.

What do I do if I have a query with my order?
All orders will be confirmed by email shortly after we receive your order. At the time of placing your order you will be automatically notified with a receipt number. If you have a query please email us at sales@kidstoyhouse.com.au quoting your receipt number plus name and delivery address.

Do you hold stock of all the toys on your site?
We make every effort to ensure all our toys are in stock, however 'out of stock' situations occur very occasionally. If a product you order does happen to be out of stock we will contact you immediately. You will not be charged until alternative arrangements are made to your satisfaction.

How can I pay for the products I order?
Kids Toy House uses PAYPAL, the world's largest global online payment system or you can pay via direct bank deposit.
At the end of the checkout process you will be given the option of choosing either.

What is Paypal?
PayPal, owned by eBay, is a secure, global online payment system. It is a way for individuals and businesses to send and receive money online for goods and services. PayPal allows any business or consumer with an e-mail address and an Internet connection to send and receive online payments using a credit card or bank account. There is no fee to use the service to buy something; it's always free to use PayPal to send payments to someone else.

How does Paypal work?
When you sign up for a PayPal account, you must enter a credit card, debit card, or bank account number. PayPal's computer system performs a check to ensure that the account is active and has sufficient funds. Then you may use your PayPal account to send payments to other PayPal account holders (like us!). You may also send payments using an alternate, optimized checkout process that does not require you to sign up for an account first. You simply enter your financial information and go! (You will have the option to sign up for an account afterwards, but it is not required.)

What happens when I order from KTH using Paypal?
When you place an order with Kids Toy House, our Web site directs you to a secure area of PayPal's Web site, which—after confirmation of your order—transfers your payment to our account. Security and privacy are assured. You will receive a receipt of the transaction by e-mail, and (if your PayPal account links to your credit card) the charge will appear on your credit card bill.

What is your return policy?
Quality of product and your satisfaction is our number one priority at Kids Toy House. We take great care in the products we offer but if a product is faulty, please return it within 7 days of purchase for a full refund (including postage) or substitute item. Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for your return and/or refund request to be processed.

How do I return a product?
To return a product to Kids Toy House:
Firstly, please email sales@kidstoyhouse.com.au stating name, receipt number and nature of the fault. Please indicate whether a substitute item is required or full refund. We will then supply you with a RAN (Return Authorisation Number). This number must accompany the item.
Please include the original purchase receipt.
Using the original shipping box if possible, wrap the package securely. Return the product to:

Upon receiving the product, Kids Toy House will send a replacement item or refund your account accordingly.

Can I exchange a product?
Exchanges can be arranged where the recipient already has the item or there has been a change of mind, but you will be liable for the return delivery costs and shipping charges for any alternative item(s) selected. Exchanges are valid for seven (7) days.
Before exchanging the item please email sales@kidstoyhouse.com.au notifying us of your wish to exchange. We will supply you with a RAN (Return Authorisation Number) which must accompany the product and the process to select another item.
The item should be in original condition with all packaging intact.

Gift Wrapping
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We offer the option of free gift wrapping and gift tag on most of our products (some very large items attract a small fee). Your gift will arrive wrapped, free of price tag and with your personalised message on a hand written gift tag.

We protect all confidential information we receive from our customers using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. The SSL software is the industry standard for secure online commerce transactions.
